Does S.I.S handle returns?Yes, S.I.S handles customer returns. Each returned order requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which can be created through your S.I.S account management portal either manually or automatically via an integrated third-party returns service like Loop or Returnly. S.I.S provides a demo of this process during onboarding. Does S.I.S offer international shipping?Of course! S.I.S offers both DDU and DDP options at standard and expedited speeds, allowing you to ship your products around the world quickly and without hassle.

Does S.I.S provide boxes and packing supplies?S.I.S can source a variety of packaging options for you, including dunnage, corrugated boxes, poly mailers, and bubble mailers of various sizes. Packing supplies such as tape and shipping labels are provided free of charge.

Does S.I.S allow customers to use their own custom branded boxes?S.I.S has negotiated domestic and international shipping rates with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Passport. S.I.S’s best-in-class software compares real-time negotiated carrier rates against one another, allowing customers to take advantage of the most cost-effective shipping rate for each order.

Which shipping carriers does S.I.S use?Absolutely! S.I.S allows customers to use their own custom boxes and packing materials. This eliminates packaging fees for your orders. Custom packaging and packing materials will be assigned their own SKU and included in S.I.S’s monthly storage fee.
